1. Never leave your pen in a hot car - it will mess up the finish.

2. Don't let your pen get wet - from your hands, a sweatie shirt pocket or in your mouth. (Some people still do this.)

3. Store pen in felt pouch when not in use to protect from scratching.

4. To polish your pen, use a paste wax such as Johnson's Paste Wax used for polishing hardwood floors.
